Armenia 2010 disaster response exercise was organized at a proper level, according to Russia’s representative to NATO.
“Unfortunately Russian fire rescuers could not arrive to take part in the exercise,” Vladimir Kakusha told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
He also emphasized that Armenian firemen in Russia demonstrated professionalism while extinguishing forest fires.
