Renco company has put into operation Piazza Grande multifunctional complex in Yerevan.
In 2007, the Italian company purchased a 42,000sq.m territory from the RA Defense Ministry and invested $50mln to construct the new complex.
“After several years of operation in Armenia’s market, we noticed that all our investments are justified here. The complex also proves it,” said Director General of Renco Holding Giovanni Rubini during the opening ceremony of the complex.
The multifunctional complex consists of three parts: commercial, office and residential territories.
“Each similar building opened in Yerevan can serve as an example for others by its quality. Besides, it will promote competition, due to which we will get a high-quality result of work,” said Yerevan Mayor Gagik Beglaryan.
Answering the question whether the new building is in harmony with the capital’s architectural image, architect of the building Ruben Asratyan said: “Only time will tell.”
