THE NUCLEAR POWER STATION WORKERS THREATEN WITH STRIKE

The Metsamor NPS staff has addressed President Robert Kotcharyan with a letter, in which is said about the intention to go on strike as a protest sign. About 500 nuclear power station workers threaten to stop operations of all the services except those that insure the nuclear reactor and processed waste safety. It is said in the letter that the staff will start work if the salary debts are discharged. The staff of the NPS has not been paid for four months.
