Hayazn youth organization issued a statement over the recent casualties in the Armenian army.
“We call on the Ministers of Science and Education, Sports and Youth Affairs as well as Police Chief and National Security Council Secretary to admit their mistakes and take on the responsibility for their failures,” the organization said.
“True, the Defense Ministry should account for unlawful actions in the army but other institutions are also responsible for upbringing the future draftees,” it said.
