The national-democratic bloc, headed by the ex-member of the national democratic union Arshak Sadoyan is preparing a mass protest action against the establishment of per minute payment for the using of city phones. Sadoyan has stated that the rally will begin 27, July at 17.30, though the Yerevan City administration has decided to change the time of the rally starting to 15.00. ” The city administration under pressure of the country authorities does everything to prevent people’s coming to the rally, by the changing of the rally’s time as the appointed time is the hottest hour of the day”, thinks Sadoyan. According to “Arka” agency information, the leadership of the national-democratic bloc intends to appeal the court with a lawsuit to acknowledge the City administration decision invalid.
