The preliminary qualification of the tender participants on the privatization of energy supplying nets of Armenia will be announced at the end of July of 2001. Minister of energy of RA Karen Galustyan has told that journalists today at the meeting. He has also pointed out that at today’s meeting of the government the pack of laws on energy system privatization has been studied. According to the minister words, the previous participants will participate at the tender but the negotiations are being held with other interested companies. The minister has also pointed out that the question of setting up the company consortium is the business of the companies, that are tender participants, and those companies have to come to an agreement, being governed by the legislation on the privatization of nets.
