On October 13, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan issued a commiseration letter to his Ukrainian counterpart Victor Yanukovych, expressing his condolences over the recent train-bus crash in Dnepropetrovsk.
“I express my deepest condolences to the families of crash victims, sharing in their pain,” the presidential address read.
