THE RIGHT STATUS AGREEMENT OF AZERBAIJANIS, RESIDENT IN RUSSIA IS BEING PREPARED FOR SIGNING

. The work completion of the Azerbaijani-Russian agreement of the right status of the RF citizens resident in Azerbaijan and Aserbaijani citizens, resident in Russia nears the end. As “CNA” agency informs the agreement will be signed during the Heydar Aliev forthcoming official visit to Moscow. This document will define the civil, economic and social rights of a country citizens living in the territory of another country. Armenia and Russia signed a similar agreement a year ago, and that raise the indignation in Azerbaijan, where the situation was assumed as the giving the Armenians “the regime of the most favor”.
