On October 17, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan, accompanied by Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan and government members, visited the village of Vank, Martakert region, to take part in the opening ceremony of village administration premises, kindergarten and market built through financial assistance of philanthropist Levon Hayrapetyan.
President Sahakyan hailed the contribution of the philanthropist to the development of Artsakh noting that putting the kindergarten into operation completed the introduction of a contemporary educational network in Vank and neighboring settlements, which would create a reliable basis for further development, reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President.
