. The President has introduced the regular personnel and structural changes. As it was already informed before, the President’s decree withdraws the Customs agency from subordination to the Ministry of State Revenue. Besides, he “castled” – Minister of State Revenue Andranik Manukian is nominated Minister of Transport and Communication, and Minister of Transport and Communication Yervand Zakharian is appointed Minister of State Revenue. They both are not freshmen in the executive. Zakhrian has been Minister of Communication for several years (with some intervals), then – Minister of Transport and Communication. He has held office of Deputy Minister of State Revenue for a few months. In Manukian’s record of service this is a new post – third in order. He has entered the executive authority as the Minister-Chief of the Government machinery.
