. The problem of discharging Roland Adonts from the post of the Director of “ArmRosgazprom” has already been solved. According to the information given by “Arka” agency, Deputy Minister of Energy Karen Karepetian will become his successor. Coordination of the candidature with the leadership of Armenia has been completed, and consultations with the Russian party are being held at present. Let us remind that “ArmRosgazprom” Russian-Armenian Company began operating in July 1999. The authorized capital stock of the Company makes 270 milliard dollars.
