Scientific-innovative research foundation will be formed in the State Committee for Science at Armenian Ministry of Education and Science in 2011.
As committee head Samvel Harutyunyan said in a conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, USD 1,5 million will be allocated to the 2,5-year program, with 15% of 3-4 scientific projects financed.
He also emphasized the importance of investing into science, thus contributing to the development of Armenia.
