6 PARTIES OVERCOME 5% BARRIER FOR ARMENIAN PARLIAMENT

6 political parties, which participated in the parliamentary election May 25, have overcome the 5% barrier for accession to the Armenian parliament. According to the data of the Central Electoral Commission of Armenia, the Republican Party of Armenia is at the top the list of the parties with 24.55% of votes, it is followed by “Justice” bloc of opposition political forces – 14.25%, “Orinats Yerkir” party – 12.11%, Armenian Revolutionary Federation Dashnaktsutyun – 11.13%, “National Unity” party – 9.67% and the United Working Party – 5.61%.
