The overall passenger transportation via Zvartnots airport totaled 1,478,948 people in January-November 2010 against 1,327,108 people during the same period in 2009.
Over 761,944 people arrived in Zvartnots airport over the first 11 months of 2010 against 679,670 people during the same period of last year, the press service of the General Department of Civil Aviation of Armenia reported. The number of departed passengers totaled 717,004 people against 647,438 in 2009.
In January-November 2010 the cargo transportation via Zvartnots airport amounted to 7,759t against 7,575t during the same period of last year. Specifically, 4,764t and 2,995t of cargo were imported to and exported from Armenia in January-August 2010 against 4,668t and 2,907t during the same period in 2009 respectively.
