KIRGHIZ DEPUTIES ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THE PROJECT OF AGREEMENT ON MILITARY-TECHNICAL COOPERATION WITH ARMENIA

YEREVAN, May 23. /Mediamax/. Kyrgyzstan and Armenia are going to sign an inter-governmental agreement on military-technical cooperation within the frames of the Collective Security Agreement.
However, as Kabar agency reported today, the agreement project, submitted for consideration to the committee for state security issues of the Legislative assembly of the parliament of Kyrgyzstan, didn’t satisfy its members.
According to them, it is necessary to present the conclusion of the Foreign Ministry, “as this agreement will have a negative impact on the foreign policy of the country”. Deputy Adaham Madumarov said complications might arise in the relations of Kyrgyzstan with Turkey and Azerbaijan. –0–
