Hasmik Poghosyan, the Minister of Culture of Armenia, and Gagik Soghomonyan, the chairman of the association of architects and restorers of historical monuments, signed a memorandum of understanding on restoration of historical monuments in Armenia.
The document envisages establishment of an institute of architects, monitoring of works carried out as well as training of specialists in the field.
