Arms supply to the Collective Security Agreement Organization (CSA) states will be put into effect from January 1, 2004. As reported by “Rosbalt” agency, Secretary General of the Council of the Collective Security Nikolay Bordyuzha told journalists today. He emphasized that all the supplies to the member-states of the Agreement will be carried out at reduced prices, however the arms will not be subject to re-selling any longer. In Bordyuzha’s words, due to the CSA regulations documents the right to trace the way of the weapons sold as well as checking out whether they have been re-sold is secured for the selling party. It should be reminded that Russia, Kirghizia, Tajikistan, Byelorussia, Kazakhstan and Armenia are members of the CSA.
