ARMENIA AND IRAN DISCUSS POSSIBILITIES OF INCREASING MUTUAL SUPPLIES OF ELECTRICITY

YEREVAN, April 17. /Mediamax/. Armenia and Iran are going to sign an agreement on joint construction of hydroelectric plants on boundary River Arax.
As IRNA reports, deputy energy minister of Armenia held talks Monday on this subject with his Iranian colleagues in Teheran. Besides this project, possibilities of increasing mutual supplies of electricity in 2001-2002 were discussed at the meetings in Teheran. –0–
