WBC super middleweight champion Carl Froch (27-1, 20 KO’s) feels confident that he can not only beat 42-year-old Glen Johnson (51-14-2, 35 KO’s) but make it look good by knocking him out on Showtime on June 4th in his semifinal bout at the Boardwalk Hall, in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Froch said “I don’t just plan on beating him [Johnson], but I plan on halting him in style. Our styles gel very well for a competitive battle for as long as it lasts and I’m looking forward to it…I won’t be overlooking Johnson in any shape or form, which will spell bad news for Glen.”
