ARMENIAN FOREIGN MINISTER DENIES INFORMATION ABOUT “VERBAL AGREEMENT” BETWEEN PRESIDENTS OF ARMENIA AND AZERBAIJAN

YEREVAN, February 23. /Mediamax/. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Vardan Oskanian denied today at the talk with the journalists the information that the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan have reached a verbal agreement on principles of Karabakh conflict settlement.
Azeri Foreign Minister Vilayat Guliyev declared on Thursday that during the Parisian talks of 26 January 2001 the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia “reached a verbal agreement on the principles of Karabakh conflict settlement”. –0–
