07.02.2001, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. Deputy of the parliament, member of the tender commission for privatization of distributive power networks of Armenia Seyran Avagian told Mediamax today that the commission didn’t hold meetings lately “due to technical reasons”.
Avagian said that the legal advisers of the commission are working out at present the second variant of the tender agreement. The commission member said after the French Electricite de France company refused to participate in the tender, three companies pretend to the purchase of the 4 distributive power networks of Armenia – the American AES Silk Road, the Spanish Union Fenosa and the Swiss-Swedish ABB. -0-
