Armenia's Mher Mikaelyan (under 85kg) won silver at the World Youth Weightlifting Championships in Lima, Peru.
Mikaelyan lifted 140kg in the snatch and 170kg in the clean and jerk to finish second with a combined total of 310kg. Russia's Artem Akulov won gold with 347kg.
Earlier, Andranik Karapetyan (62kg) won a bronze medal for Armenia. The last day of the Championships will feature Mher Poghosyan (94kg) and Gor Minasyan (+94kg).
