Personalized stars honoring Armenian cinema celebrities will be placed on the Wall of Stars before the launch of Golden Apricot international film festival, the festival representative told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
Brass pieces of personalized stars honoring Ruben Mamulyan and Henri Verneuil were destroyed by the unknown during the period of March 10-12.
As the festival representative said, the new stars will be made out of a more durable metal.
The Wall of Stars, the analogue of the Hollywood Walk of Fame, was inaugurated on July 12, 2010 in front of Moscow cinema. The first personalized stars were named after the founder of the Armenian cinema Hamo Beknazaryan, film director Ruben Mamulyan, Sergey Parajanov and Henri Verneuil.
