ARMENIAN PREMIER THINKS THERE IS GREAT POTENTIAL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF RELATIONS BETWEEN ARMENIA AND FINLAND

12.01.2001, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. Today the Prime Minister of Armenia Andranik Margarian received the Ambassador of Finland to Armenia Antti Koyustinen, who completed his diplomatic mission in Armenia, Mediamax was informed in the press service of Armenia.
Margarian thanked the Ambassador for the successful work and noted that fraternal relations between the countries became more effective after 1995 when Finland was the co-chairman of the OSCE Minsk Group on Karabakh conflict settlement. Armenian Prime Minister assured that there is still great potential for the development of active bilateral relations.
In his turn Ambassador Koyustinen stressed that Armenia and Finland have the necessary possibilities to develop their bilateral relations, singling out such spheres as tourism and trade.
Ambassador Koyustinen began his diplomatic service in Armenia on August 7, 1992. -0-
