KARABAKH PEOPLE CAN BE PROUD OF THEIR ARMY, NKR DEFENSE MINISTER SAID

The people of Nagorno Karabakh are entitled to be proud of their army. Nagorno Karabakh Republic (NKR) defense minister Seryran Ohanian said yesterday addressing celebrations devoted to the victory in World War II, formation of the NKR army and liberation of Nagorno Karabakh ancient capital of Shushi. “We were able to form an army in the course of a war by reorganizing self-defense detachments into military units and troops and enhancing the management system and discipline,” – he noted. Today we are ready to solve the regional tasks we are commissioned with, the NKR defense department head emphasized.
