There is no coercive settlement for the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and it should be solved exclusively via peaceful means. Nagorno Karabakh defense minister Seyran Ohanian said. In his words, as reported by “Mediamax” agency, “neither Karabakh, nor Azeri military want war.” Speaking of the unceasing aggressive statements by official Baku, the head of the NKR defense department noted, “if not far-sighted Azeri politicians nevertheless decide to unleash a new war, we will rebuff the adversary in a worthy manner and will not let him cross the contact line between the parties of the conflict.”
