In spite of the limited natural resources and complicated relations with some neighbors, Armenia recently increased its export volume and achieved rapid economic growth. As reported by “Mediamax” agency, US treasury under secretary for international affairs John Taylor said addressing the sitting of the Council of Managers of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Tashkent. “Armenia is a good example of a country abiding by a process of liberalization of economy by accession to the World Trade Organization and further reduction of trade obstacles,” – the US under secretary stated.
