Pan-Armenian Games basketball draw results were announced at Tigran Petrosyan chess house.
The Games are due August 13-21 in Yerevan.
Male teams from 24 cities worldwide will compete in basketball during 2- stage matches. Group 1-3 teams were distributed as follows:
Group 1: Tehran, Aleppo, Stepanakert, Los Angeles Group 2: Sochi, Yerevan, Beirut, Tabriz Group 3: Sydney, Vienna, Shahin Shahr, Glendale-Montul Group 4: Glendale, Artik, Salmas, Montreal Group 5: Cairo, Akhalkalaki, Buenos-Aires, Isfahan Group 6: Istanbul, Gyumri, Paris, Urmia
Dinamo sports hall will host the matches, with winners of 1st and top scoring 2nd places to qualify for stage 2.
11 female basketball teams are sorted into 2 groups as follows:
Group 1: Yerevan, Isfahan, Shahin Shahr, Tehran, Paris Group 2: Glendale, Marseilles, Vienna, Artik, Gyumri, Tabriz.
Grand Hall sports complex hall will host the matches to launch at 10 a.m. Yerevan time.
