CONGRESSMAN RADANOVICH IS SURE THAT HOUSE WILL DISCUSS ARMENIAN RESOLUTION UNTILL OCTOBER 12

07.10.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. The Resolution on the Armenian Genocide of 1915 in Ottoman Turkey will be discussed by the U.S. House of Representatives till October 12, congressman George Radanovich, co-author of the Armenian Resolution said in his interview to the Armenian National TV.
Radanovich also informed that after long debates U.S. congressmen came to a conclusion that the Resolution will be considered as adopted with 50% of congressmen “for” plus one vote. Radanovich expressed confidence that the supporters of the resolution will manage to assure such number of votes. –0–
