DUTCH COMPANIES REALIZE INVESTMENT PROGRAM OF 22 MILLION DOLLARS IN ARMENIA TO DEVELOP COUNTRY’S AGRICULTURE

19.09.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. The delegation of Dutch businessmen will arrive tomorrow, September 20, in Yerevan, to negotiate with the Armenian government for the realization of an investment program in Armenia to produce, process and export agricultural goods by the Netherlands, was reported to MEDIAMAX in the press service of the government of Armenia.
The members of the Dutch delegation will visit Armenia’s industrial enterprises and agricultural goods processing factories to get acquainted with their production capacity and technological potential.
To realize the investment program, the Armenian government has taken the decision to organize and coordinate complex preliminary works. After those works a package of suggestions will be presented to the government. By preliminary estimations, the total volume of Dutch investments in this program will make 22 million dollars and will provide the creation of 5000 new working places. -0-
