THE CRIMINAL CASE ON THE FACT OF THE ATTEMPT UPON THE LIFE OF THE PRESIDENT OF RNK ARKADY GHUKASIAN WILL BE FORWARDED TO COURT ON JULY 31

28.07.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. The criminal case on the attempt upon the president of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh on March 22, 2000, will be forwarded to court on July 31, reports the correspondent of MEDIAMAX from Stepanakert.
The victims, the accused and the lawyers have already got acquainted with the materials of the criminal case.
As was reported to MEDIAMAX in the press service of the General Prosecutor’s Office of RNK, the indictment is being prepared at present.
The ex-minister of defense of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh, General-Lieutenant Samvel Babayan is considered the main accused of the case. -0-
