David Fahradyan to set his third Guinness record Nov 15

Yerevan State Linguistic University gymnastics instructor David Fahradyan at November 11 meeting with journalists said he is preparing to set his third record.

Fahradyan’s coach Khachatur Tevosyan noted the next record to be set at Hrant Shaninyan Sport School, Nov. 15.

“Guinness book representatives demand the record to be set on the scheduled day, otherwise it will not be counted,” Tevosyan said.

“After three-month training I am ready to reset my first record,” the record holder announced.

David Fahradyan is the only Armenian sportsman to have been twice granted Guinness World Records certificate: first for performing the most consecutive gymnastic high bar giants (350) in 10 minutes, July, 2009, second for performing 76 left hand giants on Nov.13, 2010.
