Head of an electoral observation mission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe arrived in Yerevan Lord Russell-Johnston said in the course of meetings in the Armenian parliament. At the same time he emphasized the European observers’ critics was not an end in itself and Armenia had to be interested in holding free and fair election itself.
