For the past several years increase in the number of sexual abuse crimes against minors was recorded in Armenia, Justice Minister said.
According to Hrayr Tovmasyan, such crimes were committed before, but were concealed by both the victims and their parents. “Serious investigation should be conducted to unveil the reasons behind those crimes,” Tovmasyan said.
