Maria Kursova and Anna Hayrapetyan scored wins over Yevgenia Dolukhanova and Hasmik Ghambaryan resp. to take 1st and 2nd places in the Armenian Women’s Chess Championship.
With 3,5 points, Shushanna Sargsyan comes 3rd after tying a game with Lia Martirosyan.
Hayrapetyan will face Kursova, Sargsyan will rival Ghambaryan in the 8th round.
Winners of 1st-3rd places to gain an entry to 2013 Armenian Championship; winners of 1st-5th and 6th-8th places will qualify for European Individual Championship and Aeroflot Open respectively.
