AZERI DEPUTY FOREIGN MINISTER NOT GOING TO DISCUSS KARABAKH CONFLICT AND RELATIONS WITH ARMENIA IN YEREVAN

Being in Yerevan at present deputy foreign minister of Azerbaijan Mahmud Mamed-Kuliyev today told journalists he was not going to discuss issues of bilateral relations or the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict with the Armenian party. In the Azeri diplomat’s words, he is in the Armenian capital solely to participate in the sitting of the council of foreign ministers of the organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) member countries. Let us note that in the course of the sitting Azerbaijan will assume presidency at the BSEC.
