Azeri president Heydar Aliyev will not manage to leave the Cleveland hospital and return to Azerbaijan by the presidential election to be held October 15. As reported by BBC, Azeri prime minister Ilham Aliyev stated. In I. Aliyev’s words, the country leader will vote at the election being in the US.
