ONE MUST NOT DRAG OUT KARABAKH SETTLEMENT ANYMORE, PACE RAPPORTEUR SUPPOSES

The Council of Europe highlights the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. As reported by “Arminfo” agency referring to “Turan”, CE Parliamentary Assembly rapporteur on Nagorno Karabakh Terry Davis said at a meeting with speaker of the Azeri parliament Murtuz Aleskerov in Baku. “My current visit to the conflict region is an obvious evidence of that,” – he said. In the rapporteur’s words, one must not protract the settlement of the conflict anymore. At the same time T. Davis refrained from any statements, as he had not “familiarized with the opposite party stand yet.”
