In her interview with Zhoghovurd paper, businesswoman Silva Hambardzumyan said Serop Der-Boghossian will be moved to Canada.
Hambardzumyan says Der-Boghossian, who was sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment for sexual enticement of minors will undergo further treatment there.
“While his wife Madeline Tashjian considers whether she should attend the court sessions or not, they plan to take her husband out of the country,” Hambardzumyan added.
Der-Boghossian’s wife filed a lawsuit against Silva Hambardzumyan demanding that the latter should apologize and provide a compensation of 1 luma. The dispute was caused by Hambardzumyan’s statement saying Tashjian will publish a list describing the events of 1999 in case her husband gets a severe sentence.
