OSCE MINSK GROUP CO-CHAIRMAN REFRAINED FROM COMMENTING ON KARABAKH CONFLICT SETTLEMENT WITHIN FRAMES OF AZERBAIJAN’S TERRITORIAL INTEGRITY

New Russian co-chairman of the OSCE Minsk group Yuri Merzlyakov did not give a certain answer to ANS Baku TV channel inquiring whether Moscow adheres to Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement within the frames of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. At the same time the Russian diplomat spoke for establishment of Armenian-Azeri economic cooperation before the Karabakh issue is settled. Yuri Merzlyakov’s visit to the countries in conflict is expected in the near future.
