On February 23, Armenian government passed a decision, according to which March 9 is declared a non-working day.
As the head of RA government staff David Sargsyan said, the working day will be shifted to Saturday, March 17. Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan noted that Armenian citizens will rest for 4 days.
Under Law on Holidays and Remembrance Days of the Republic of Armenia, March 8 is declared a non-working day celebrating International Women's Day.
