Head of ARFD parliamentary group Vahan Hovhannisyan commented on the speech of Armenian National Congress leader, first president of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrossian at a briefing in the National Assembly of Armenia.
Mocking at Ter-Petrossian’s who said at March 1 rally that “the ship of the second president (Robert Kocharian) has already sunk, and the ship of the third one (Serzh Sargsyan) is sinking”, Hovhannisyan said: “I believe the first president of the unbearable load that sinks ships of other presidents.”
