ARMENIAN REPRESENTATIVE IN EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS ELECTED

Member of the Constitutional Court of Armenia Alvina Gyulumian will represent Armenia at the European Court of Human Rights. Her candidacy received majority support at a Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe vote April 2. She will set about fulfilling her duties November 1.
