KEY TO KARABAKH SETTLEMENT IN RUSSIA’S HANDS, AZERI VICE PREMIER CONSIDERS

The key to peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is in the hands of Russia, First Vice Premier of Azerbaijan Abbas Abbasov stated in an interview with Novosti Russian news agency.
