Preventing the participation of the Armenian officers in the NATO exercise in Baku is unfavorable from the standpoint of the cooperation between Azerbaijan and the Alliance, Turkey’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan Unal Cevikoz stated. “Within the frames of the Partnership for Peace Program Azerbaijan has undertaken a number of obligations, one of them being creation of conditions for the participation of the member and partner states in the measures organized by the Alliance”, the Turkish diplomat said.
