AZERI FOREIGN MINISTRY REGRETTED ON CANCELING NATO EXERCISES IN BAKU

The Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan has regretted on the NATO decision to cancel Cooperative Best Effort – 2004 exercises, which were to be held in Baku September 14-16 within the Partnership for Peace Program. At the same time in its statement the Azeri Foreign Ministry again emphasized the inadmissibility of participation of Armenian military in the exercises, as “resulting from Armenia’s aggression 20% of the country territory were occupied and 1 million people became refugees.”
