The management of Vympelcom company representing Bi Line brand is considering the opportunity of starting work in 4 CIS countries – Armenia, Belarus, Georgia and Uzbekistan. One can speak of concrete deals next year, stated company Executive Vice-President Nikolay Pryanishnikov, Reuters agency reported. He noted that large markets and countries with financially acceptable terms are considered first of all. It should be noted that speaking of Armenia N.
