Finland and the EU are for the soonest peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict, Finland’s Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja stated during a meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Novosti Russian agency reports. In his words, Finland is interested in establishment of stability in the countries, which joined the EU New Neighbors Program. To note, the Finnish FM, who visited Baku within the frames of his call to Azerbaijan and Armenia, is arriving in Yerevan today to meet with the leadership of the country.
