CENTRAL BANKS OF CHINA AND ARMENIA TO ARRANGE AGREEMENT ON COOPERATION

Chairman of the Armenian Central Bank Tigran Sargsian met in Beijing with the People’s Bank of China Governor Zhou Xiaochun to discuss the directions of the fiscal policy, payment systems and some other issues. As reported by the press service of the Armenian CB, during the meeting the parties decided to carry out a new agreement on cooperation between the central banks of the two countries. Tigran Sargsian invited his Chinese counterpart to Armenia. The invitation was accepted.
