The visit of Terry Davis, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe rapporteur on Nagorno Karabakh, to the confrontation region is postponed until unknown time. The press service of the foreign ministry of Armenia reported. It should be noted that T. Davis’ visit to Armenia, Azerbaijan and Nagorno Karabakh was scheduled July 26-29. As earlier noted by the parliament of Armenia, one can expect the rapporteur to visit the region after the presidential election in Azerbaijan this October.
